Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced order management systems for equity trading at JPMorgan Chase
• Oversee a team of software engineers in Singapore, fostering innovation and collaboration across global teams
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance trading efficiency, risk management, and compliance in financial services
• Collaborate with product managers, traders, and compliance officers to define technical roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Ensure systems meet regulatory standards and perform under high-volume, low-latency conditions in capital markets
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, promoting a culture of continuous learning and agile practices
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in equity technology infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in financial services technology
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in high-stakes, regulated environments
• Deep expertise in order management systems (OMS) and equity trading platforms
• Strong understanding of capital markets, equity derivatives, and regulatory compliance (e.g., MiFID II, MAS guidelines)
• Experience with agile methodologies and leading large-scale software transformations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field
• Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank or fintech firm
