Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multiple software engineering teams focused on personalization features for JP Morgan Chase's consumer and investment banking platforms
• Oversee the architecture and development of scalable personalization systems that leverage AI and machine learning to enhance customer experiences
• Manage cross-departmental activities, ensuring alignment between engineering, data science, product, and compliance teams
• Collaborate with senior executives to define technical roadmaps that support JP Morgan's digital transformation and innovation goals
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding standards
• Ensure all personalization initiatives comply with financial regulations and internal risk management policies
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization
• Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for high-volume financial transactions and user interactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering leadership roles within financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record of directing multiple technical teams and managing cross-functional departments in large-scale enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in personalization technologies, including machine learning, recommendation systems, and data-driven user experiences
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, such as GDPR, CCPA, and SEC requirements for data privacy and security
• Experience leading agile development practices and scaling engineering teams in a high-stakes, mission-critical setting
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and influence technical strategy across domains
