Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, presentations, and reports related to financial strategies and client engagements
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, including sensitive deal documents and executive communications
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including board presentations and investor conferences
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams across JPMorgan Chase divisions to facilitate seamless operations
  • Manage expense reimbursements, budgeting, and procurement processes in compliance with company policies
  • Assist in preparing materials for regulatory filings and financial audits
  • Support executive participation in industry events and maintain professional networks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of executive administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial software tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information
  • Availability for flexible hours, including occasional travel and after-hours support
