Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in the Global Payments division, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and materials for board meetings and client interactions
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and information flow
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and procurement processes in compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Coordinate logistics for global team events, offsites, and conferences, including virtual and in-person formats
  • Maintain confidential records, databases, and filing systems for the executive team
  • Assist with special projects, such as process improvements in payment operations or regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely execution and reporting
  • Support onboarding of new team members and facilitate cross-departmental collaborations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-stakes settings
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
