Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across global time zones
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with JP Morgan Chase branding
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, including board presentations, client engagements, and internal strategy sessions
  • Handle confidential administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and document management in compliance with financial regulations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues efficiently
  • Organize travel itineraries, including international flights, accommodations, and visas, while adhering to JP Morgan Chase travel policies
  • Assist in project coordination, tracking deliverables and providing support for strategic initiatives in the financial services division
  • Maintain executive files and records, ensuring data security and compliance with industry standards like GDPR and SEC regulations
  • Support event planning for team offsites, conferences, or client events, managing budgets and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a financial services or banking environment
  • Proven track record supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
