Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, presentations, and reports using financial data and market insights
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements in compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, client events, and off-site engagements in the financial services context
  • Maintain confidential files and records, including sensitive deal documents and executive communications
  • Assist in project coordination, such as supporting mergers, acquisitions, or strategic initiatives
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, flagging urgent matters related to market volatility or regulatory updates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a financial services environment

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
