Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise a team of executive assistants, providing guidance and performance feedback to ensure high-quality support for senior leaders
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for C-suite executives, coordinating across global time zones
  • Prepare and distribute executive reports, presentations, and financial summaries using tools like PowerPoint and Excel
  • Facilitate communication between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders in the financial services sector
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and offsites, including logistics for board meetings and client engagements
  • Handle confidential correspondence, expense reimbursements, and invoice processing in compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and strategic alignment
  • Monitor and report on departmental budgets and resource allocation
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and data security protocols in all administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with HR and facilities teams to support onboarding and office operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of executive administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives in the financial services industry
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
