Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in the US Research division, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit executive correspondence, reports, and presentations related to financial research and market analysis
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements in compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including virtual conferences with global stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion, including research data and executive communications
  • Liaise with other departments such as Compliance, Legal, and IT to facilitate smooth operations
  • Assist in preparing materials for client presentations, earnings calls, and research publications
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and escalations
  • Support special projects, such as research events or team offsites, from planning to execution
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for research outputs and executive activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a financial services or investment banking environment
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives in high-pressure, fast-paced settings
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial research tools
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial information
  • Availability for flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
