Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance operations for JP Morgan Chase's legal entities in Thailand, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and comply with regulatory standards
• Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with IFRS and US GAAP
• Collaborate with global finance teams to support consolidated reporting and strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvements and automation in finance functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators (e.g., Bank of Thailand), and internal stakeholders on compliance matters
• Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's policies on risk management and ethical standards
• Support ad-hoc projects such as mergers, acquisitions, or new product launches impacting Thai operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance operations, financial reporting, or controllership within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing finance operations for legal entities in an international banking environment
• Strong knowledge of Thai financial regulations, IFRS, and US GAAP standards
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing financial controls in a multinational corporation
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA)
• Fluency in English and Thai, with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or similar global financial institutions
• Background in managing finance for Asia-Pacific legal entities
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements in Thailand (e.g., BOT, SEC)
