Required Qualifications

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in home lending, with demonstrated ability to originate loans exceeding $10 million annually
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, and compliance with Dodd-Frank and TILA regulations
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and risk assessment in the financial services sector
