Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential homebuyers, real estate agents, and community partners in Astoria, NY to generate leads
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend tailored mortgage products from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
• Guide clients through the entire home lending process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
• Collaborate with underwriters and processors to expedite loan approvals while adhering to JP Morgan's risk management standards
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals for loan originations, focusing on volume and quality metrics
• Provide expert advice on financing options, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing within the financial services industry
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA compliance
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and risk assessment in home lending
