Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships to originate home loans at the Peachtree Rd and Peachtree Ave Branch
• Guide clients through the home lending process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless experience
• Analyze client financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products like fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, and FHA loans
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to expedite loan approvals
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by leveraging JP Morgan Chase's digital tools and branch resources
• Educate clients on mortgage options, interest rates, and financing strategies tailored to the Atlanta market
• Maintain compliance with federal regulations such as TILA, RESPA, and HMDA
• Build referral networks with real estate agents, builders, and community partners in Atlanta
• Monitor loan pipelines and follow up on applications to minimize drop-offs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in home lending or consumer banking
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements
