  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
  • Excellent credit history and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Proficiency in mortgage origination software and CRM systems used in the financial services industry
