Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new mortgage lending clients through referrals, networking, and community events in the Phoenix area
• Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
• Analyze client financial profiles to recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors to generate high-quality leads
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for loan originations while adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards
• Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to serve the diverse Phoenix community effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to ensure timely loan approvals and closings
• Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and lending policies to advise clients accurately
• Conduct financial consultations and pre-approvals to help clients achieve homeownership goals
• Document all client interactions and loan activities in JP Morgan Chase's CRM systems for compliance and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home equity, or consumer lending within the financial services industry
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, in good standing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements such as TILA, RESPA, and HMDA
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven sales role

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience working with diverse client populations in the Phoenix, AZ market
