Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new mortgage lending clients through referrals, networking, and community events in the Phoenix area
  • Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors to generate high-quality leads

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, in good standing
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
