  • Collaborate with branch teams and underwriters to ensure seamless loan processing and timely closings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home equity products, or financial services sales
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
  • Excellent credit history and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Availability to work in Chester County, Pennsylvania branches, including flexible hours as needed

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
