Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home financing, or financial services sales
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Texas, with NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA compliance
  • Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks required for financial roles
  • Proficiency in mortgage origination software and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications
