  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Indiana, with ability to obtain licenses in additional states as needed
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
  • Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks required for financial services positions
  • Proficiency in mortgage origination software and CRM systems used in the banking industry
