Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new mortgage lending clients through referrals, networking, and community events in the Des Moines area
  • Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and processors, to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by building long-term relationships and leveraging JP Morgan's brand in the financial services market
  • Stay current on lending regulations, market trends, and JP Morgan Chase policies to provide accurate advice and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing, with ability to obtain Iowa licensure if not already held
