Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing origination
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive financial services environment
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance standards such as TILA and RESPA
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Fairfax County, VA
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and community partners
