  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through community events, referrals, and branch partnerships in Fort Wayne, IN

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in home lending or consumer banking
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks
