  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Texas, with NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive financial services environment
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and loan structuring
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
