Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential homebuyers, real estate agents, and referral partners in the Fulshear, TX area
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend tailored mortgage products from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
  • Guide clients through the entire home lending process, from pre-approval to closing, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to determine eligibility for conventional, FHA, VA, or jumbo loans

  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and risk assessment in home lending
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients
