  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and mortgage products offered by JP Morgan Chase
