Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for home lending products, including mortgages and home equity lines of credit
  • Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess financial needs and recommend tailored home financing solutions from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
  • Guide clients through the entire loan origination process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
  • Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, builders, and community partners in the Hadley, MA area to drive referrals
  • Achieve or exceed individual and branch sales goals while adhering to all federal and state lending regulations
  • Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and branch teams to resolve issues and expedite loan approvals

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance standards such as TILA, RESPA, and HMDA
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and risk assessment in home lending
