Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community events in Hillsboro, OR
• Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless experience
• Analyze client financial situations to recommend appropriate mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
• Collaborate with internal teams at JP Morgan Chase to underwrite and process loans efficiently while adhering to regulatory standards
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and building long-term client loyalty
• Educate clients on home financing options, market trends, and JP Morgan Chase's competitive offerings
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with federal and state lending laws
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry changes and JP Morgan Chase policies
• Support branch initiatives to promote home lending services within the local community

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in home lending or similar roles
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks
• Availability to work in Hillsboro, OR, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience working with diverse client bases in the Pacific Northwest market
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's home lending products and digital tools
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other local languages spoken in Hillsboro
