Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and community events in the Houston Montrose area
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess financial needs and recommend tailored home lending solutions, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
  • Guide clients through the entire mortgage origination process, from application to closing, ensuring seamless coordination with underwriters, appraisers, and title companies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships and generate repeat business and referrals within JP Morgan Chase's affluent client base
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while adhering to all federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
