Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain a pipeline of potential home lending clients through community outreach and referrals in Howard Beach, NY
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored mortgage solutions from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
• Guide clients through the entire home financing process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for mortgage originations while adhering to all federal and state lending regulations
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other partners to drive business growth
• Utilize JP Morgan Chase's digital tools and CRM systems to track leads, manage applications, and report on performance metrics
• Provide expert advice on mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, to support client homeownership goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in home lending or related financial products
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements in the U.S. financial industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse clients
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced branch environment in Howard Beach, NY
