Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through community networking, referrals, and branch partnerships in Lake Havasu City
• Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
• Analyze client financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
• Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase underwriting and processing teams to expedite approvals and resolve issues efficiently
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by leveraging Chase's market-leading products and resources
• Educate clients on lending options, interest rates, and market trends to build trust and loyalty
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal Chase policies during loan origination
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales performance
• Participate in local events and seminars to promote Chase's home lending services
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team sales strategies in the Lake Havasu City branch

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing origination
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive financial services environment
• Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
• Experience using financial software and CRM systems for client management
• Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting with occasional travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• 7+ years in home lending within a major financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases in Arizona
