Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential homebuyers, real estate agents, and referral partners in the League City and Bay Colony areas
• Guide clients through the entire home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
• Analyze client financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
• Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase underwriting and processing teams to expedite loan approvals and resolve any issues efficiently
• Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding monthly origination targets and contributing to branch goals
• Stay abreast of market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice on optimal financing strategies
• Conduct educational seminars and community events in League City to promote JP Morgan Chase home lending services
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all lending standards to mitigate risk
• Mentor junior advisors and support team development initiatives within the branch

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing origination
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Texas or ability to obtain one promptly
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive financial services environment
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including HMDA and RESPA
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and loan structuring
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience working with diverse client segments, including first-time homebuyers and refinancers
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's proprietary lending platforms and tools
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve the League City community
• Previous leadership experience mentoring junior lending advisors
