Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, originate, and close mortgage loans for first-time homebuyers, refinancers, and existing JP Morgan Chase clients in the Lilburn, GA area
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend suitable home lending products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through community networking, referrals, and partnerships with real estate agents
• Deliver exceptional client service by guiding applicants through the entire homeownership journey, from pre-approval to closing
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to ensure timely and compliant loan approvals
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals while adhering to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and ethical standards
• Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and lending policies to provide informed advice to clients
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to promote JP Morgan Chase's home lending services
• Document all client interactions and loan activities in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team sales strategies at the Killian Hill Branch

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home equity, or consumer lending within the financial services industry
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, in good standing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
• Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks required for financial roles
• Availability to work in-branch at the Lilburn, GA - Killian Hill Branch location

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience working with diverse client bases in the Atlanta metropolitan area
