Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community events in Maple Valley, WA
  • Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Analyze client financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional service and building long-term client loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to ensure timely loan approvals
  • Stay updated on lending regulations, market trends, and JP Morgan Chase product offerings to provide expert advice
  • Conduct educational seminars and workshops on home financing to generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and comply with all federal and state lending laws
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to branch sales strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Washington State
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in home lending or related roles
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse clients
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase's lending platforms and processes
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another local language
  • Previous leadership experience mentoring junior advisors
