  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for loan originations while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to expedite loan approvals
  • Educate clients on lending options, interest rates, and market trends specific to the Texas housing market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA
  • Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks required for financial roles
