Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage potential homebuyers to identify financing needs and recommend tailored mortgage solutions
• Guide clients through the entire home lending process, from initial application to closing, ensuring a seamless experience
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and community events in Medford, MA
• Analyze client financial profiles to structure competitive loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo mortgages
• Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase underwriters, processors, and branch teams to expedite approvals and resolve issues
• Deliver exceptional sales performance by meeting or exceeding monthly origination and revenue targets
• Educate clients on lending options, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to foster trust and long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing origination
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Massachusetts and NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive financial services environment
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and RESPA
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and loan structuring
• Ability to work independently in a branch setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
