Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new mortgage lending clients through community outreach and branch referrals in Muncie, IN
  • Guide clients through the entire home financing process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend tailored JPMorgan Chase mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans
  • Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and internal teams to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues efficiently
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Stay current on lending market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM systems and networking events in the local Muncie community
