Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new mortgage lending clients through community outreach and branch referrals in Muncie, IN
• Guide clients through the entire home financing process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless experience
• Analyze client financial profiles to recommend tailored JPMorgan Chase mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and internal teams to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues efficiently
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
• Stay current on lending market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM systems and networking events in the local Muncie community
• Ensure all lending activities comply with JPMorgan Chase's ethical standards and federal compliance requirements
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to branch-level training on home lending best practices
• Participate in local real estate events and partnerships to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in the Indiana market

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing within the financial services industry
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and risk assessment in home lending
• Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with JPMorgan Chase teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience with digital lending platforms and CRM tools used at JPMorgan Chase
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a financial services team
