Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of mortgage lending clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement in the Nashville area
• Conduct comprehensive financial consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored home lending solutions from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage origination process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience
• Collaborate with internal partners, including underwriters, processors, and branch teams, to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues efficiently
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets while adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors to drive referral business
• Stay abreast of market trends, interest rates, and JP Morgan Chase product updates to provide expert advice
• Mentor junior lending advisors and contribute to team training initiatives
• Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to track client interactions and optimize sales strategies
• Ensure all lending activities comply with federal, state, and JP Morgan Chase policies to mitigate risk

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home financing, or related financial services
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance standards in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and real estate market dynamics
• Ability to work independently in a branch setting while collaborating with broader JP Morgan Chase teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
