Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of mortgage lending clients through community outreach, referrals, and branch partnerships in North Andover, MA
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend tailored home lending solutions, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
• Guide clients through the entire homeownership journey, from pre-approval to closing, ensuring a seamless and compliant process
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues efficiently
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets while adhering to JP Morgan Chase's ethical lending standards
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals within the local community
• Stay current on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice on home financing options
• Participate in local events and networking to enhance JP Morgan Chase's presence in the North Andover area
• Ensure all lending activities comply with federal, state, and JP Morgan Chase policies to mitigate risk
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team training on best practices in mortgage origination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home financing, or related financial services roles
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Massachusetts, with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including TILA, RESPA, and HMDA
• Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks required for financial services positions
• Availability to work in the North Andover, MA branch and surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience working in a high-volume branch environment at a major financial institution
