Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through community events, referrals, and branch partnerships in North Miami
• Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless experience
• Analyze client financial situations to recommend tailored mortgage solutions, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Meet or exceed sales goals by leveraging JP Morgan Chase's digital tools and resources
• Collaborate with branch teams, real estate agents, and internal partners to originate high-quality loans
• Ensure all lending activities comply with federal regulations, such as TILA and RESPA
• Provide ongoing client support post-closing to foster long-term relationships and referrals
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team sales strategies at the Biscayne and 108th Branch
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced branch setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase home lending products and systems
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the North Miami market
• Previous leadership experience mentoring junior advisors
