Required Qualifications

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail banking or lending environment
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and risk assessment in home lending
  • Ability to work in Northeast Pennsylvania branches, with flexibility for travel within the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a JPMorgan Chase branch or similar high-volume financial institution
