Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new mortgage lending clients in Northern Kentucky through community networking and referrals
  • Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend suitable JP Morgan Chase mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and processors, to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues efficiently
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards of compliance and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and community partners to generate leads
  • Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to track client interactions, pipeline management, and performance metrics
  • Educate clients on current market trends, interest rates, and financing options to support informed decision-making
  • Ensure all lending activities adhere to federal and state regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JP Morgan Chase policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing origination
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Kentucky and compliance with NMLS requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive financial services environment
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and lending practices
  • Strong client relationship management experience in the banking sector
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, branch-based setting
