Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community events in Orange County
  • Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend tailored mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
  • Collaborate with internal teams at JP Morgan Chase to underwrite and approve loans efficiently
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and closing high-volume deals
  • Stay updated on lending regulations, market trends, and JP Morgan Chase product offerings to provide expert advice
  • Build partnerships with local real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors to generate leads
  • Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms to manage pipelines and track client interactions
  • Ensure all lending activities comply with federal, state, and JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team sales strategies in the Mission Viejo branch

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing origination
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in California
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in financial services
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Strong understanding of the Orange County real estate market
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients in luxury home markets
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's digital lending platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, given the diverse clientele in Orange County
