Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential homebuyers, real estate agents, and referral partners in the Pasadena area to generate mortgage leads

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive financial services environment
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and risk assessment in home lending
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
