  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend suitable loan products from JPMorgan Chase's portfolio, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
  • Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and closing teams to ensure seamless loan approvals and timely closings
  • Deliver exceptional client service by explaining complex lending options, rates, and terms in a clear, consultative manner
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding monthly origination goals and contributing to branch targets
  • Stay abreast of market conditions, interest rate fluctuations, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice
  • Build and maintain referral networks with real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors in the Pasadena, TX community

  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA compliance
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and risk assessment in home lending
