Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage potential homebuyers to guide them through the mortgage origination process
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend tailored Chase mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through community networking, referrals, and branch partnerships in Powder Springs, GA
• Collaborate with Chase underwriters and processors to ensure seamless loan applications and timely closings
• Deliver exceptional client service, educating borrowers on financing options, rates, and affordability to achieve high satisfaction scores
• Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding monthly origination volume and revenue targets
• Stay current on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to promote Chase Home Lending services at the Dallas Highway and Lost Mountain Branch
• Ensure all lending activities comply with JPMorgan Chase policies and federal regulations
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team development within the branch

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home financing, or related financial services sales
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA compliance
• Ability to work independently in a branch setting while collaborating with Chase teams
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
• Experience with digital lending platforms and CRM tools in a large financial institution
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases in Georgia
• Previous experience in high-volume retail banking or wealth management advisory roles
