Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships through community events, referrals, and digital outreach in Puyallup, WA
  • Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan Chase internal teams, such as underwriters and processors, to expedite loan approvals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay updated on lending market trends, interest rates, and JP Morgan Chase product offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or financial services
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in home lending or related areas
  • Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA
  • Excellent credit history and ability to pass background checks required for financial roles
  • Availability to work in Puyallup, WA, with flexibility for client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
