  • Guide clients through the entire mortgage origination process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend tailored mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high-quality service standards aligned with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Stay current on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice to clients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing origination
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration

  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA
