  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential homebuyers, real estate agents, and referral partners in the Salem, OR community to generate leads

  • Guide clients through the entire home lending process, from pre-approval to closing, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, home financing, or related financial services roles
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance standards such as TILA, RESPA, and HMDA
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Salem, OR, and surrounding areas
