  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans offered by JP Morgan Chase
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as underwriters, processors, and real estate agents to facilitate efficient loan origination
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging networking events, referrals, and digital marketing strategies
  • Ensure full compliance with federal and state lending regulations, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and RESPA

Required Qualifications

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in home lending or related financial products
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements in the financial services industry
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings in the San Antonio area
