Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of mortgage and home equity clients through networking, referrals, and community events in San Diego
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend tailored home lending solutions, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans
  • Guide clients through the entire loan origination process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as underwriters, processors, and real estate agents to expedite loan approvals and resolve issues
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals within JP Morgan Chase's Home Lending division
  • Stay abreast of market trends, interest rates, and lending policies to provide expert advice and competitive offerings

  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment

  • Strong understanding of the San Diego real estate market and local lending dynamics
