  • Guide clients through the home lending process, from initial consultation to loan closing, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Analyze client financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage products, including fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, and government-backed loans
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for loan originations while maintaining high-quality underwriting standards
  • Collaborate with Chase branch teams, underwriters, and processors to facilitate efficient loan approvals and closings
  • Educate clients on current market trends, interest rates, and financing options to support informed decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing within the financial services industry
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential mortgage origination
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs
  • Strong client relationship management experience in a retail banking environment
  • Ability to work independently in a branch setting while collaborating with broader team objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a Chase branch or similar high-volume retail financial services location
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages spoken in the Silver Spring, MD community
