Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage potential homebuyers to guide them through the mortgage origination process
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to recommend suitable loan products from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of mortgage applications, ensuring timely progression to closing
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and branch teams to facilitate seamless loan approvals
• Deliver exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and providing education on home financing options
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales goals for mortgage originations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase's internal policies
• Participate in community outreach and networking events in Smyrna, GA to generate leads
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team development initiatives
• Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and report on sales performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending or home financing within the financial services industry
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license with NMLS registration
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive lending environment
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state lending regulations, including TRID and HMDA
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting processes, and loan structuring
• Ability to work independently in a branch setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent
